| Harvey Chertok is the President of Quartet International, Inc., a worldwide production and distribution company; a former member of the Board of Governors and National Trustee, and currently Scholarship & Education Co-Chair for the New York Chapter of the National Academy Of Television Arts And Sciences (NATAS); and an Instructor for his The Business Of Television seminars for Queens College and other schools. He has been an advertising/marketing executive for over 30 years with TimeWarner and has produced three movies: The Impossible Spy (John Shea, Eli Wallach) with BBC-TV for HBO, and now on DVD; The Great Charlie Chan for Warner Bros.; and 7 Surprizes with The National Film Board Of Canada.
Other production credits include such programs as Hermitage Masterpieces, an extraordinary 9-hour art history series seen on PBS, and also now on DVD. In addition, he is currently distributing several other documentary series, how to programs, and Over The Edge, a reality TV series.
