bullet Biography
Harvey Chertok is the President of Quartet International, Inc., a worldwide production and distribution company; a former member of the Board of Governors and National Trustee, and currently Scholarship & Education Co-Chair for the New York Chapter of the National Academy Of Television Arts And Sciences (NATAS); and an Instructor for his “The Business Of Television” seminars for Queens College and other schools.

He has been an advertising/marketing executive for over 30 years with TimeWarner and has produced three movies: “The Impossible Spy” (John Shea, Eli Wallach) with BBC-TV for HBO, and now on DVD; “The Great Charlie Chan” for Warner Bros.; and “7 Surprizes” with The National Film Board Of Canada.

Other production credits include such programs as “Hermitage Masterpieces,” an extraordinary 9-hour art history series seen on PBS, and also now on DVD. In addition, he is currently distributing several other documentary series, how to programs, and “Over The Edge,” a reality TV series.
